We and our guests take a moment before entering the barn to check in with ourselves and make sure we can “be there” for each other and the horse.

Riding Lessons

One to One
Beginning Riding Lessons

English or Western
Private $85.00 per session
Meets 60 minutes 1 to 3 days a week

Our dedicated instructor works with you at the level you are with kind coaching. This course is ideal for students who have zero horse experience, are dealing with fear issues, or just want to start over and refresh their skills. We begin in an enclosed arena on a lunge line and progress to trail rides (when the student feels ready).

This course teaches riding fundamentals focusing on:

  • Balance
  • Seat
  • Relaxation
  • Walk to Trot Transitions
  • Navigating obstacles

Horse Agility

Agility
Fundamental Groundwork

45 minute course
Meets once a week
$50 per class

This course is designed to teach understanding horse body language and improve communication from the ground.

We will practice:

  • Leading with a loose lead line
  • Backing
  • Lunging
  • Leading through obstacles
  • Energy Management
  • Clear communication
  • Body Language

Horsemanship

Horse Care
Horsemanship, Horse Care and Management Class

$1499 Total for the class
Meets 75 minutes 2 days a week for three months

This course is designed for people who are new to horse ownership or have the goal of horse ownership in the future. Lessons will be divided into classroom sessions and hands-on activities including groundwork and basic riding skills. Participants can bring their own horse or use one of the farm horses.
